I. Resolutely implement the announcement requirements to ensure that the reform measures are put in place

       The cancellation of compulsory certification of some fire protection products is a major decision made to implement the spirit of the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Fire Law Enforcement", further promote the "decentralization of service" in the fire protection industry, continuously optimize the business environment, and strengthen the responsibility of market entities. Our center and designated inspection agencies should improve their political standing, deeply appreciate the significance of this reform, strictly implement the announcement decision, and ensure that all measures are put in place.

    Related work arrangements

     1. As of today, our center will no longer accept fire hoses, sprinkler products, fire trucks, fire extinguishing agents, building refractory components, foam fire extinguishing equipment products, fire equipment products, fire protection products, fire water supply equipment products, and gas fire extinguishing. Equipment products, dry powder fire extinguishing equipment products, fire smoke prevention and exhaust equipment products, fire communication products and some fire alarm products (linear temperature fire detector products, fire linkage control system products, fire shutter controller products and urban fire remote control Monitoring products) for the compulsory product certification entrustment, uniformly cancel the compulsory product certification certificates related to the above products, and suspend the compulsory product certification related to the above products in the certification process.

    2. The designated inspection agencies will no longer accept mandates for compulsory product certification inspections involving the aforementioned products, and will no longer issue compulsory product certification inspection reports involving the aforementioned products. For the inspection work of the compulsory certification products that have not been completed, the relevant inspection agencies should actively contact the certification client in accordance with the spirit of the "decentralized service" reform, and negotiate and resolve them in accordance with the contract and relevant regulations, and properly handle them.

    3. In order to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises during the reform are protected to the greatest extent, our center will issue related work measures and notices in the near future.

    4. The specific problems encountered by the relevant units during the reform can be reported to our center in a timely manner by leaving messages and telephone communication in the "Fire Products Online Certification Business System", and relevant departments will explain and solve them in time.
