1. Our center has released voluntary product certifications for 13 types of fire protection products (including some fire alarm products) on China Fire Products Information Network (www.cccf.com.cn) and the central website (www.cccf.net.cn) Implementation rules (see Annex 2 for details), the main content and certification procedures of which are consistent with the original implementation rules and details of compulsory product certification, the original implementation of the compulsory product certification "decentralization service" reform measures continue to apply to newly launched voluntary Sex product certification.

    2. From now on, all relevant units that require voluntary product certification can log in to the "Fire Products Online Certification Business System" (www.cccf.net.cn) to submit the voluntary certification commission for the above fire products.

3. For an enterprise holding a valid certificate of the original compulsory product certification, if it wishes to entrust our center to continue the voluntary product certification work, in order to reduce the burden on the enterprise, our center will comprehensively rely on the relevant results of the original compulsory product certification and make every effort to evaluate the economy. If the original compulsory product certification unit that is able to comply with the certification requirements and has no potential certification risks is confirmed, our center will directly issue a voluntary certification certificate for it, and no longer charge any fees.

    4. For the original compulsory product certification service contract that has not been completed, in order to implement the reform spirit of “decentralization service” and avoid loss of the enterprise, our center will adopt the completed compulsory product certification process and results according to the company ’s voluntary will, and The relevant provisions of the newly issued implementation rules for voluntary product certification continue to complete subsequent certification.

    5. For the third and fourth tasks mentioned above, each relevant unit does not need to proactively declare the certification entrustment to our center. It only needs to follow the work prompts initiated by our center in the "Firefighting Product Online Certification Business System" enterprise operation interface to make independent selections. Confirm the operation. At that time, our center will promptly inform the enterprise by telephone notification, information push, etc.
